    These natural variations are not considered defects and make each product unique.  

Ring Size Policy

    Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify ring sizes before placing an order.  

   
•       Gemstone Rings:       Size exchange is available only for gemstone rings, subject to approval and product condition verification.    
   
•       Regular Rings:       All standard ring sizes are clearly mentioned on the website.       Therefore, size exchange or return will not be accepted for regular rings after purchase.    
 

    Products sent for size exchange must be unused, unworn,     and returned with original packaging and security seal condition.  

Pricing Policy

    All product prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).  

    RK Jewellerys reserves the right to:

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

    Customized, personalized, or specially prepared products cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.  

    Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method     within the applicable processing period.  

          Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.      

Shipping & Delivery

    Photos, edited clips, screenshots, or incomplete recordings will not be accepted as proof.  

    Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence may be rejected.

    Every RK Jewellerys parcel is protected with a security seal.  

    Claims involving damaged, missing, removed, or tampered security seals may not qualify     for return, refund, or replacement approval.
