At RK Jewellerys, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are extremely important to us. Every product is carefully checked, verified, and securely packed before dispatch to maintain our quality standards.
Since jewellery, Rudraksh malas, Tulsi malas, bracelets, gemstone rings, and spiritual products are sensitive and personal-use items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our business from misuse, damage, or fraudulent claims.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A proper and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, missing item, wrong product, or damaged product claim.
The unboxing video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the package condition and security seal
- Be recorded in one continuous video without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the issue or damage
Screenshots, photos, edited clips, short recordings, or incomplete videos will not be accepted as valid proof.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may be rejected under all circumstances.
Security Seal Policy
Every RK Jewellerys parcel is packed with a security seal for customer protection and product verification.
To qualify for any return or replacement request:
- The security seal must be clearly visible in the unboxing video
- The product must remain unused and in original condition
- The original packaging must be available
Claims involving broken, removed, tampered, or missing security seals may not be accepted.
Eligible Return & Replacement Conditions
Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following situations:
- Customer received a damaged product
- Customer received the wrong product
- Customer received an incomplete order
Once our team verifies the issue through the provided unboxing video and supporting details, the request will be reviewed for approval.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following products and situations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
- Used or worn products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products without proper unboxing video proof
- Products with broken or tampered security seals
- Minor color or texture variations in natural stones or Rudraksh products
Ring Size Exchange Policy
Customers are requested to carefully verify ring sizes before placing an order.
Our policy regarding ring sizes is as follows:
- Gemstone Rings: Size exchange is available only for gemstone rings, subject to product condition verification.
- Other Rings: All standard ring sizes are already clearly mentioned on the website. Therefore, size exchange or return will not be accepted for regular rings after purchase.
Products sent for size exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging condition.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount
- Additional return shipping costs, if applicable, may be borne by the customer
Return Shipping Instructions
Customers should securely pack the product before returning it to avoid transit damage. RK Jewellerys is not responsible for products damaged during return shipping caused by improper packaging.
Important Notes
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within the specified support period after delivery.
- Natural gemstones, Rudraksh, and Tulsi products may have slight natural variations.
- Shine guarantee does not cover damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, sweat, or improper usage.
- RK Jewellerys reserves the right to reject suspicious, misleading, or fraudulent claims.
