Yes. A proper continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, wrong product, missing item, or parcel-related claim.

• The security seal should be clearly visible
• The recording must be continuous and unedited

Photos or edited clips are not accepted as valid proof.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on the customer’s location.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
