Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-order volume periods may require additional processing time.
Customized products, gemstone rings with size adjustments, or special handcrafted items may take extra time for preparation before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We currently provide Pan India shipping. Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and regional delivery conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally be affected by factors such as:

- Natural conditions or weather issues
- Public holidays or festivals

RK Jewellerys is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control. However, we always try our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through your registered mobile number, email address, or WhatsApp (if available). Customers are requested to regularly track their shipments for smooth delivery coordination.
Packaging Standards
Every RK Jewellerys order is packed using secure and eco-friendly packaging materials. Our team carefully checks each product before dispatch to maintain quality standards.
For customer protection and security verification, every parcel includes a security seal. Customers are advised to check the package condition carefully at the time of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, or parcel-related concerns.
The unboxing video must:
- Be recorded from the beginning before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the security seal on the package
- Be continuous and unedited
- Clearly display the issue or concern
Photos, edited clips, or incomplete recordings will not be accepted as valid proof. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including complete address, landmark, and contact number while placing an order.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
Additional re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
Damaged Parcel Instructions
If the outer package appears heavily damaged, opened, or tampered with during delivery, customers are advised to record a clear video before accepting or opening the parcel.
Customers should immediately contact our support team with complete details and the required unboxing video proof for further assistance.
